Cornfield Voice LLC dba Unbundled Networks
Effective date: 1 September 2026 Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
Cornfield Voice LLC, doing business as Unbundled Networks (“Unbundled Networks”, “we”, “us” or “our”), acts as the carrier of record for telephone service that is sold and supported by other providers (“partners”). This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it, in that role and on this website.
We do not sell telephone service directly to businesses or consumers. If you are an end user of telephone service, your relationship — including your account, your billing information and, in most cases, the privacy policy that governs your service — is with the provider that sold you the service. Their policy applies to what they collect; this one applies to what we hold as the underlying carrier.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information we receive from partners
To act as carrier of record we receive from our partners information about the customers and numbers on our network, which may include:
- Customer name, service address, billing address and contact details
- Telephone numbers assigned, ported or reserved
- Service and provisioning records
- Information collected for identity verification, fraud prevention and know-your-customer purposes
2.2 Call records
As the carrier, our network generates and retains call detail records, including calling and called numbers, date, time and duration, routing and signaling information, call authentication data and call completion status. We do not record the contents of calls.
2.3 Technical and network data
Our systems record technical information necessary to operate and secure the network, including IP addresses and registration data, quality and performance metrics and network security logs.
2.4 Information you send us
If you write to us — to report a number, to ask a support question or on behalf of an agency — we retain your message and any attachments, together with the contact details you provide.
2.5 This website
This website is a set of static pages. It does not require an account, does not run advertising or third-party analytics, and does not set cookies for tracking. Ordinary web server logs, containing IP addresses and requested URLs, are kept for security and operational purposes for a limited period.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, maintain and secure the network and the numbers on it
- Complete calls and hand off traffic to and from other carriers
- Meet our regulatory obligations as a carrier, including registrations, filings, numbering administration, number portability and record-keeping
- Operate our robocall mitigation program and investigate abuse and fraud
- Respond to industry traceback requests
- Respond to lawful process from law enforcement, courts and regulators
- Support our partners and administer our agreements with them
- Answer messages that are sent to us
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information we hold to market to our partners’ customers.
4. When we disclose information
We disclose information only as follows:
- To the responsible partner. Where a report or a request concerns a number on our network, we ordinarily involve the partner that sold the service, because they hold the customer relationship.
- To other carriers and administrators, where necessary to route calls, complete number ports or meet numbering administration requirements.
- In response to lawful process — subpoenas, court orders, warrants and lawful regulatory demands — and in emergencies involving a danger of death or serious physical injury. See law enforcement and traceback.
- To industry traceback efforts, to identify the source of traffic that traversed our network.
- To service providers who process information on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes we specify.
- In a business transfer, if the business or its assets are sold or merged, subject to equivalent protections.
5. Customer Proprietary Network Information
As a telecommunications carrier we are subject to federal rules governing Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). We use and disclose CPNI only as those rules permit. One practical consequence is that we cannot tell a member of the public who held a number, who their provider was, or what came of a complaint. See report a number.
6. Retention
We keep call detail records, numbering records, and the records of our compliance activity for as long as applicable law and our obligations as a carrier require, and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes. Correspondence sent to our published addresses is retained in the ordinary course. Records subject to a preservation request or legal hold are kept for as long as the hold requires.
7. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging and monitoring, and restriction of access to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise.
8. Your rights
Residents of some states have rights to know about, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them. Where those rights apply to information we hold, we will honor them, subject to the exceptions the law provides — in particular where the information must be retained under telecommunications record-keeping rules or is subject to legal process.
Because we are not the retail provider, a request about your telephone service should normally go to the provider that sold you that service; they hold your account. If you wish to make a request to us, write to support@unbundlednetworks.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may need to involve the responsible partner in order to locate the records.
9. Children
Our service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we will delete it if we learn that we have.
10. International
We are a United States carrier and information we hold is processed in the United States.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do, and the current version will always be published at this address.
