Support
You are almost certainly a customer of one of our partners
If your phone service, your phone number or your bill led you here, we are not the company you are looking for — at least not the one that can help you. Unbundled Networks is the carrier of record behind a number of other VoIP providers. Those providers sell the service, hold the account and do the support. We do not sell phone service to businesses or consumers, and we have never had a customer of our own.
Contact the provider who sold you the service. They can see your account, your numbers and your calls. We cannot.
How to work out who that is
If the name has slipped your mind, one of these usually turns it up:
- The company on your invoice, receipt or credit card statement for phone service.
- The company whose portal or app you log into to manage your phone service.
- Whoever installed or configured your phones, if that was an IT provider or reseller.
- For a business line, whoever in your organization manages the phone system.
If a bill or notice that mentioned Unbundled Networks is what brought you here, the provider’s name is very likely printed on the same document.
What we can and cannot do
We cannot look up your account, tell you your balance, take a payment, change or cancel your service, port a number, reset a password, fix a phone that will not register, or tell you why a particular call failed. None of that reaches us. We do not hold your account, and we are not able to act on it.
We can be reached as a last resort, if you have genuinely tried your provider and cannot get anywhere — for example if the provider has stopped responding, or you cannot work out who your provider is at all. Write to support@unbundlednetworks.com with your phone number and a short description of the problem, and we will point you in the right direction if we can. Please expect a slower answer than your provider would give you, and please try them first. We will eventually replace this address with a web form.
Some things go elsewhere
- Unwanted, scam or abusive calls from a number on our network: report a number.
- Law enforcement, subpoenas and legal process: law enforcement and traceback.
- An emergency in progress: call 911. Do not email us.
